Alfonso was an excellent technician and got everything up and running. He was very meticulous and neat and didn't have wires all over the place. He also walked me through how to use the security system and speakers through the respective apps and did some troubleshooting on outdoor speakers.

I love this company! David, Javier and Allan came to my house for installation. My sales guy was Ryan. The scheduler was Christopher. They were all very professional, friendly and courteous. They installed many things in my house but the largest was a 65" outdoor TV. All of the installers removed the boxes and cleaned up to perfections. Would not hesitate to call on them again! Dustin and David did an excellent job troubleshooting our basement projector and drop down screen-they were able to blend the new technology with our existing technology. They installed a new flat screen onto our back porch with a new swivel mount. We are very happy with the service they provided. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend CSS for your audio visual needs.

Allen did an awesome job installing our alarm system and showing me how to navigate the intuitive keypads and mobile app. David and Javier were equally awesome mounting four different TVs and instructing us on their use. Much to our delight, all work areas were cleaned and all trash removed. In spite of all the work they had to do, and all the boxes associated with the TVs, you’d never know they were here. Except of course for the resulting work product, which looks fantastic. Thanks for your professionalism and positive demeanor.
