I have a pair of eyeglass which frame needed to be adjusted. I was greeted with smile as I came in the Vision Center of Walmart in Georgetown.
Although the Coordinator was busy, she assured that I will be taken care of shortly.
I was impressed by the attentiveness and level of customer care provided for my need.
I am posting this to show my appreciation, not because the service was free of charge. But it's the level of care I received without a purchase of any.
I left feeling satisfied, as if I am the only customer the store had ever had.
Thank you Analee for all that you do with pleasant attitude and willingness to care for us customers. The commitment that Walmart thrives to uphold and deliver every day.

The optical department was a breeze! Someone asked me immediately if I needed help, and was able to repair my frames free. They also gave me a case and a cleaning kit. I will definitely come back.
