Truly pleased with the service received. The customer service, both on the phone as well as in person was great. The gentleman was very knowledgeable regarding my electronics and advised me of a manufacturing defect that I was not aware of. Additionally, he was able to provide a number of other options, and prices were reasonable.

My laptop had really low battery life and the fan was extremely loud, Best Buy told me I needed a whole new laptop but that did not feel like an accurate diagnosis. I brought it here to Mr. Fix and the owner took one look at my laptop and was able to tell me that my battery was actually bloated and on the verge of combusting, and it was a hazard for me to continue using it (something Best Buy never bothered to mention after looking at it). He ordered a new fan, new battery, installed them himself and my laptop runs like new again, it is wonderful. He was so kind and accommodating, prioritized my laptop free of charge because I am a student, and the whole repair was pretty cheap too. He even gave me a loaner laptop to use while mine was being fixed free of charge. I cannot recommend this store highly enough, especially for students like myself.

Amazing small business store! I've brought several of my devices here and the owner, Dom, is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I am satisfied with the customer service I have been receiving although recently the service has been a little slow due to staff shortage. The owner has been working on his own lately and has recently run into a rough patch with family emergencies. Despite things taking longer than expected, I believe the service is worth the wait. They always try to communicate with the customer. I always recommend this store to family, friends and others looking to fix their electronics, especially because they don't do just phones but many other types of electronics as well.

Brought my phone in with a cracked lens and they fixed it in less than an hour! It was not pricy either! These guys are awesome. Very friendly and highly recommend!
