The Bluffs Apartments and Townhomes

The office staff do a great job and I have been here 8 years. The maintenance man is one of the hardest working people in the field. I want to thank them and the great tenants in this community. Be safe during this unprecedented time.

I've lived here since May and I've had a great experience so far. The townhouse we moved into was very clean when we moved in. The maintenance crew is quick to get things repaired, and the rent is affordable. They give us at least five days notice for when they're coming in for general maintenance. And the main office is super friendly. You can pay rent & utilities online, too, which is helpful. Pet rent is a little pricey, but they're very up-front and honest with their policies. Definitely a good first apartment experience so far.

I LOVE these apartment. I lived here for a year and moved back to Omaha because I got a new job, but these apartments are amazing. Not to mention it’s a smoke free property. I’ve never had any problems while living here. The staff was always friendly to me and catered to any need or concerns I had for my apartment. I would definitely recommend living here it’s well worth your money! 😊
