I've known of this business for several years and fortunately, we've never needed their service. But last week we started noticing some unpleasant visitors inside and out. After reaching out on their website I was contacted promptly and set up an inspection and treatment for today around our schedule. The owners and office manager are great to work with. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they have a full time person that services Tega Cay. His name is Chaz; I'm pretty sure he's not Sonny and Cher's kid. But he was very friendly and attentive. There should be no surprise why this business has a 5-Star rating.

This is a long overdue review. I've been using Freedom Pest for years and they are absolutely the best. I saw a few ants between my regular service and Kelly was here within an hour to deal with them. Freedom goes above and beyond everytime. Thanks for years of top notch service.

This team is very professional and personable from start to finish. They communicated very well, were right on time, and were very informative when treating the house. Kelly Staib explained in further detail where the bugs/pests may be coming from, how to further prevent them, was very thorough in and outside the house, and educated me on what to watch out for! Freedom Pest Services far exceeded my expectations and any pest service company I’ve had in the past. These are definitely the guys to call!

David and the crew did an excellent job treating my home. Super professional and personable team. Work was done on time and exactly as quoted. They are very upfront and transparent about the services and the fees. The techs notify us of when they plan to arrive; let us know they have arrived; and complete the service quickly and efficiently. The tech is available to answer questions or special requests.

We recently used them to encapsulate our crawl space and place an efficient dehumidifier. Dave Staib, the owner, explained all the options and the "whys" for why he recommended doing things for our space. The cost was was exceptionally competitive. No surprises at the end.
