I quit Albany because of family emergency, I worked under Mr.Dwyne 1st shift, he was my team leader, and He surprised me, how good he was with his crews, his leadership was so good, he is true leadership, leadership is GOD gifted, leader as good as him hard to find, for sure. I was a head leader for three shift, also a planner for almost 500 items, and co supervisor at manufacturing environment for 16 yrs, so I can tell how good or bad leadership is. Mr. Dwyne has people skills in him. Thank you Mr. Dwyne. Wish I can learn more skills from you.
And Albany is so so clean, people are nice, HR Kalin was so so nice miss her, Andrew always smile, people are polite and helping each other, maybe I will join them again.
