I called one time we schedule a date and time, which was the next day which was so convenient for me because it was my dryer. He arrived early in he explain what was going on with my dryer…. in within 20 to 25 minutes he was done☺️ The price was affordable and he cleaned up behind his self 😊😊 I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family Great job 👏 👍🏼
