I had purchased a XM-42 flamethrower about a year and a half ago. I had a piece break on it, so i called the sales team at X products. within two days, i had a package on my porch with the replacement part for no charge! This is customer support and satisfaction you just don't see anymore. Hi fives to the X Product Team for standing behind their products.

Some AMAZING customer service!! As well as a very friendly, knowledgeable manager.
I improperly loaded my drum mag and caused a jam. I came into the store and was shown how to fix the issue myself. This is something that is genuinely appreciated.
