Under New Ownership! New owner is super nice.

So - needless to say I LOVED IT HERE! I got a 'Build Your Own Salad' and they named it after me...so I officially have a salad in my name - The Lorri Salad!

My whole experience was awesome - the staff were great. Laughing with another customer in front of me who was amused at the salad named after him....lol. You choose from each sectioned station - so you choose your green first...romaine, kale, spinach etc. Then you go across and add to it. I added brussel sprouts (because it should be a crime not to!), red onion, buffalo chicken, boiled egg, green cheese, soy beans/endamame and avocado and dressed it with ranch dressing.

It looked great! So great I decided to take it on a date! We went for a mini picnic to my local lake - nice quiet night. I took it home to finish it off (wink wink) and LET ME SAY! That plate is HUGE! I had to take a picture of it half eaten to show the DEPTH of the plate. Totally enough for two! I have saved half for tomorrow.

Seriously the possible combinations are endless - mine may seem a little odd to you - you SERIOUSLY have tons to choose from.
