I always feel that I have received great service whether it is a simple routine car care thing or a more serious evaluation and repair issue. No surprises, Steve always calls to give an estimate and work out the details.

I'm so fortunate to have such a five star repair shop close to home! I never have to worry that I'm being lied to or taken advantage of. Chet's Auto has always been quick and very reliable and this shop charges it's customers fairly. I have been a customer for a decade or more. The place to go to have a job done correctly the first time!

I was traveling a pretty good distance when, I got a warning light that air was low in my tire. I stopped and looked online for local shops and saw Chet’s. I called, and he was able to get me right in and have his mechanic plug my tire and within 5 mins I was back on the road. They were busy and he definitely squeezed me in. Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness.

Awesome friendly service! The blower quit working late on a Wednesday just before we were to leave for Florida (Friday). We called Chet's first thing Thursday morning, and even though they were filled up with customers, they managed to fit us in. Allen found a mouse nest by the cabin air filter, likely what caused the blower and cabin air filter to fail, along with blocking the A/C water discharge. Car was ready for us in time to use it for our vacation. We were not expecting that! We may start using them for regular laser service instead of the dealer.
