Diva Multicare Services has been very good to my father. The aides arrive to work and ready for the days challenge. It wasn’t long before my dad bonded. Latoya engages with dad and has him participate in activities like baking cakes and putting puzzles together. She would takes pictures and it warmed my siblings heart to see dad smiling on any given day. Even when dad was not up to par, Latoya prays and sing gospel songs with him. On the rare occasion Latoya need time off, another aide was on the job.

Awesome, awesome agency to work for. The office staff members are very detailed and professional. The owner, Ms Susan, is so knowledgeable, helpful, transparent and trustworthy in her dealings. I would not hesitate to acquire their services, as a client or as a HHA.

Their staff is extremely kind and the environment is very friendly. They’re easy to get a hold of and have 24 hour on call service when the office is closed. You can honestly tell they care about their clients very deeply as well as the service provided by the aides. The CEO Ms.Susan is very dedicated to what she does as well as the manager Ms.Sharon. Amazing team! If you’re thinking about receiving home care definitely consider this agency!
