The best part about Paul and his team is that they truly care about your health: body, soul, and spirit.

My workout goal is to stay active as opposed to losing weight or bulking up and I prefer to workout at home. However, I opted to utilize Cornerstone from Jan-March 2021 to get out of the cold. From my experience and observation of other clients, Paul (the owner) is your guy if you're looking for someone who will help you achieve (and sustain) your fitness & nutritional goals. When I told him I would be leaving the gym, he didn't pressure sell me. I'll be back next winter for sure!

The owners and staff have been beyond amazing throughout the time I’ve been workout with Cornerstone. They take injuries into consideration and are so knowledgeable on best methods to get me to my goals! They truly have gone above and beyond to support me every step of the way!

For any questions you have. Paul and Erica have been amazing me at helping me reach my goals. If your like me and new to fitness having that 1 on 1 trainers no really helped me learn at my own pace. I have gotten stronger in the last few months. I highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone who is just starting out or just want to move your work out to an all new level.

What I like about this place is that they strive to go beyond helping you lose weight or gain muscle. Many please offer weight loss and if you follow strict diets you will attain that, however they aren’t a diet you can sustain long term if you want to live life and enjoy it. Cornerstone offers a nice balance in this area. Weight loss isn’t a quick process if you desire the weight to stay off. These people know and understand this. Their trainers are knowledgeable and many of them have been in their clients shoes with weight issues so they can speak to the process on a level where some trainers can’t. Give these guys a try if you want results that last a lifetime. They’re worth it.
