GLA goes above and beyond while your car is at the shop. The customer service is top notch, the repairs are great, and everyone is welcoming and helpful!! They did an amazing job on my car, and 10/10 recommend them at your first choice as they are mine.

Great work! Finished in two days from drop off. Rental came to the location for pickup and picked the rental back up after I left from GLA. Excellent communication and customer service and support.

This is my third time using them through my insurance. Itwould’ve been four but the car was a total loss last year.. (teenage driver 😩). They do a really great job and this time my car came back faster than I anticipated. I wasn’t even able to enjoy the rental lol. But that’s OK I can appreciate how fast my vehicle was repaired. The appointment takes some time but that’s understandable because they are very busy. The staff is friendly and they communicate well. I would definitely recommend them.

Completely worth the wait! i had a tree branch fall and mess up the back side of my car and I ended up having to wait 3 weeks for my appointment with them. Once I took it in, it was clear communication the whole way. They delivered it to me on the day they promised. I will tell you this car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it. I was very impressed with their work! A few days later I ended up having an issue relatively near where the repairs were done and when I called them they were super courteous and had me bring my car back and had the issue resolved within the day.
