I was a little nervous about seeing a male for my female issues, but Dr. James Barter made me feel at ease and was genuinely concerned about my health. I trust Dr. Barter more than any other surgeon I have ever met. He has a passion for excellence and after my 5th procedure with him I learned of why he strives for excellence in his field. His inspiration to pursue this path as his life's work was his mother. He may seem reserved and to the point at first, but this is also the mark of a good surgeon in may ways. I owe him my life.
