U-Pack

Moved from PA to Georgia both local offices were great. Drivers were super cool, professional and really know how to move those pods around. Deliveries and pickups were always timely. Lord forbid I ever have to move distance like this again but if I do I’m using u-pack.

Amazing experience! I was able to see quotes for different dates, set up reservation, request a certified weight ticket, and make changes to my reservation all via the website. Once my reservation was set all my move information was easily accessible as well as contact information for both trailer service stations (departing and recieving).
Trailer was delivered as promised, received a call from the driver roughly 30 min. before delivery for both drop off's. Drivers were friendly and curteous, worked with us on our requested placement of trailer both times. Trailers were picked up the business day following my call requesting pick up, just as the website promised.
No storage was available which was an added stress, but they made it clear prior to setting up the contract that this was the case. (We were moving during peak season, so found this to be the case with multiple companies.)
Price, service, communication and experience were all amazing, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Everything was spelled out in the contract, no surprises, hidden fees or unexpected hiccups.
100% believe the local ABF companies played a huge part in why our experience was as good as it was. We were assigned to Lawrenceville, GA and Smiths, AL.
Used u-pack for a military PPM and my husband was so pleased he wants to do this every time.

U-Pack did a wonderful job getting a container from San Diego to Atlanta. The employees were very helpful in recommending the correct size container and total cost. The final cost included everything and was half the cost of other companies. They were unable to get the truck up my parents' driveway but helped us by allowing us to pack at the truck terminal. It was shipped straight out and nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend U-Pack!

Everything was perfect except for an isolated situation with my move. Just make sure they call you before they drop the trailer or deliver it at destination. I wasn't home and was in a meeting when they called from destination. I couldn't answer and they left the trailer on street instead of drive way. Neighbour complained it was blocking his driveway. So, I had to hastily empty the trailer overnight instead of doing it leisurely over the weekend.
