Gwinnett County Tag Office - North Gwinnett

Ok. I went here to get my tag plate and the line took a pretty long time. The lady that helped me gave me some sort of attitude but its no big deal because I only wanted to get my tag plate and leave. Overall, it could be better.

Always a great experience. Great set-up. There's a person that greets you at the entrance to verify your information. You receive a text message letting you know your information was received. Line was long, but moved fast. Very courteous staff. Took about 10 minutes to get vehicle registered.

The branch manager, Ms. Stephens, is excellent - professional, courteous, and understanding. I had a difficult experience with Kia Finance in obtaining the power of attorney to register my leased vehicle. Thankfully, there are still great customer service professionals (such as Ms. Stephens) that seem to take pride in doing their job. Kudos to her for doing a wonderful job, and for just being a good human being!

This was the fastest visit I've ever had to a Tag Office. I arrived during the lunch hour on a Friday, usually one of the busiest times, and was done in less than 10 minutes total. The employees behind the counters were knowledgeable, courteous, and kept things moving right along. REALLY appreciate the efficiency.

Even though we mostly go once a year, the world-class Customer Service excellence continues to show and grow. The Tag office rep was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and super kind 👍 Thank you greeter and staff, special Thanks to miss Destiny for service Above and Beyond!
