Moving can be stressful but the property manager, Kristin, made things so smooth. She went out of her way to always get back to me and to answer any questions that I had. The property's maintenance man, Jamie, is awesome. He has been very helpful and is a pleasure to see daily. The property itself is so peaceful, the neighbors are amazing and the location can't be beat.

I just stopped in for a tour yesterday and all I can say is WOW! Such an amazing property and the staff was SO helpful! They were able to help provide me some directions and when I arrived they were super attentive! Already discussing becoming a future resident and I look forward to my future at this apartment complex!

The waterfront is our new home and we love it! It's the perfect little secret spot in Newport Beach. I only give it 4 stars because of the parking situation .
