Hometown Creamery

It is a chill sunny fall day. The wind was whipping and it was perfect to cool down with something sweet. Hometown Creamery is a popular spot in the Upper Perk Valley. I admit I am not one for lines and have waited till now to enjoy the delicious ice cream. Yup...I see why people waited in line. The staff today were friendly and talkative. The country store vibe is great. Reminded me of the corner store growing up with candy, chocolate milk, butter, eggs, and baked goods. The ice cream is amazing. I went for the flight in a boat. There was no disappointment. Thus the artistic shot of an empty boat. I cannot suggest enough this fall treat of ice cream. No fuss no muss head in and have a moment of joy.

Ice cream is delicious, and the inside is adorable with great options for things other than ice cream (eggs, milk, candy, etc). The ice cream flight is a great way to try a bunch of different flavors. I am glad to have Hometown Creamery in the area and can't wait to go back!

Super delicious!! My favorite ice cream flavor is orange creamsicle. I had the best I’ve ever had here.

Ice cream is great! It was very busy on Friday, probably because of the excellent service. It was very pleasant watching ALL of the workers greeting each customer with a huge smile, appreciating the business, and thanking you. Simple things you don’t see in many businesses anymore.

Stopped in on opening night. Couldn’t believe how good the ice cream was. It is truly high quality proper ice cream that is not very common or easy to find. They also have available pints to purchase as well as other local items. The staff is super friendly and personable. This place is an absolute gem that is so badly needed in this area. Should be an institution for many many years.
