(December 10, 2022, 9:08 pm)Simone the RN was amazing with my daughter. She was very kind, caring and attentive. My daughter came in to the ER miserable and lethargic and left feeling a lot better and several times since being home mentioned how nice the nurse was to her. Thank you! it’s professionals such as yourself that make a huge difference especially for the perception and experience of a child having to utilize the ER. From check in to discharge my concerns felt heard and addressed. What a great staff today.

(October 7, 2022, 10:20 am)Both times I came to this hospital, I was seen, heard, respected, and treated all in the course of 2 hours. I have never been to any other hospital capable of administering that much, nor that kind of care in such a short amount of time. Albany memorial campus hospital is my go-to when I need to be seen by medical professionals immediately. I feel amazing about my experience going to this hospital because for the first time in a long time my illness was not laying upon my shoulders with judgment.
