I have been a happy member at Sara's since 2006. The group fitness classes are challenging, fun, diverse and for everyone. It is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Affordable membership fees with NO contracts!!! Great locker room with showers. New equipment including HIIT machines, free weights and cardio machines. I highly recommend this gym.

Having moved to Edgerton 3 years ago, my husband and I joined Sara’s health and fitness over a year ago. Joining the gym was one of the best things I could do for myself; mind and body. Sara and her staff are welcoming and create a positive atmosphere. A wide variety of options are available for working out from equipment to classes. Sara provides emails frequently centered around healthy body and mind. What I love is that as a member, Sara will take the time to help create a workout program, set goals and whatever else you’re looking to get out of the experience. She follows your lead and makes you feel comfortable. Since Covid-19, I was laid off. The day the gym opened up, I couldn’t wait to get back. Knowing how hard Sara and Steve worked to make sure everyone’s health and safety came first and providing great communication on expectations. I Highly recommend Sara’s Health and Fitness when asked where I work out.

I couldn't ask for a better atmosphere to excercise at, everyone is friendly and helpful! The classes are phenomenal! Sara and Steve along with the other instructors are a wealth of knowledge and their willingness to share and help you on your journey is outstanding!

I was in town for a family reunion. Sara's welcomed me right in - with a week pass. Excellent facility, the workout equipment - top notch...and rock solid spinning classes....I burned those family food calories. I'm working the family to return to Edgerton next year...because Sara's was the sanctuary. This place is a gem! Thank you Sara!
