Neil was awesome. From the minute he nitpicked the outside of the house, to the meticulous inside break down. Neil and Merilyn broke down everything.

Neil has great knowledge and appears to be two steps ahead of everything he's looking at. As a first time buyer, I'm not all that familiar with inspectors, but I have to say, Neil was awesome along with Merilyn. He gave me great confidence in everything they picked apart and provided a super detailed report post inspection. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home.
