I had a question regarding a mobile home in Drakesburg (OH-303) that was removed in the summer of 2005 (it was abandoned and I had always wondered about the whereabouts or the story behind it). The auditor's website didn't have all the info I needed, but the auditor's office did.
The ladies at the office were super-kind and helpful (Elaine, Amber and the receptionist who answered the phone, as well as the real estate department).
I don't know if people review businesses such as government offices like this, but it's nice to have people go out of their way to help!
