Value Store It Self Storage

The employees at Value Store It are absolutely wonderful. I had reserved a specific truck a week prior and uhaul completely dropped the ball. The Value Store It employees went above and beyond making it right and we managed to get it all straightened out in the end. Had I not been able to get a truck that day things would have been very, very difficult for me. I am extremely grateful that these guys saved the day. Highly recommend!

Awesome staff! From the first call to this place I have had nothing but favorable experiences. Spoke with Hilda and she was very pleasant on the phone. When I got to the facility Chad is the person who actually got me in my unit. He gave us a tour and showed us the different size units they offer. He was very thorough and made sure I got the right size unit for my belongings. The place was very clean as well. Overall all my experience has been very pleasant. Thank you guys for your help!

I visited the location to rent a second unit and was absolutely amazed. Chad went above and beyond. He found a unit next to my existing unit. Again, the team is amazing. Hilda is always a pleasure when I come in for maintenance. Also free lollipops. The team is great and will always visit them for storage needs.

This place is the cleanest storage facility. The manager Hilda is so professional and sweet. The assistant Manager Chad has a super personality. If anyone you may need storage, this is the place to use.
