I worked with Wilson and had a fantastic experience. I was pretty worried when I got a flat and my tire couldn't be easily found but he jumped on the case on a weekend and had me driving again by Tuesday, which was weeks sooner than my last experience trying to replace these specialty tires. Highly recommend.

What really stood out to me was feeling like they CARED. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a garage. My transmission died and I really thought my car was a goner, but Authority fixed it up for reasonable, TRANSPARENT cost. Can't recommend them enough!!

The owner's name is Wilson. He is a very nice and personable guy. They'work fast and are very courteous. I've found a new place to take my car for maintenance. Prices are great too. I highly recommend them. Thank you Alexander for fixing my tire!
