You can try your first class free -- and I've been addicted since! All the instructors are fun, knowledgeable, upbeat and friendly. Every class is different and the facilities are nice. I love Recycle Fitness, and so do all my friends that come with me!

LOVE, LOVE RECYCLE FITNESS!! The owners, trainers, AND members are some of the best folks I've ever met!! Spinning and TRX has been instrumental in my loss of over 90 pounds! It was all done while taking classes and receiving the utmost of encouragement and support from Recycle Fitness! I have been a member for over 2 years, and will be one for many years to come! Recycle Fitness is an awesome place to workout! All of the instructors are great and they keep you motivated thru the entire class. It is a non-intimidating environment and you will feel right at home. I had never done indoor cycling before coming here. It didn't take long for me to get addicted to coming to Recycle Fitness! I get a really great workout every time I come. I highly recommend Recycle Fitness!

Recyle Fitness is a great establishment! They offer a variety of workout classes on a variety of days with a variety of times! The instructors are phenomenal, and do a great job of keeping the classes challenging especially for those who frequent the same classes. They do a great job of accommodating the workouts based on your personal needs. This is a place I would highly recommend for anyone looking into a new workout facility!

An outstanding group of trainers that take the time to get to know you and really motivate you to work towards your goals at whatever fitness level you are at! Excellent equipment and always a fantastic selection of music that keeps you motivated. Love that they offer 5:30 am classes too so I can often get my workout done so I can be home and ready to start my work day before the family even wakes up!

The best part is they have more to offer than just cycling; TRX, Yoga and Powerstretch gives me a full body workout each week.

The second location in Shelby Township is just as cool as their first location in Washington.....Keep doing what you are doing Recycle!
