The prices were very fair and no surprises when it came to signing time. Great inventory and beautiful show room. Awesome customer service and great/easy experience. This is my second car I’ve purchased with Riley Mazda. Worked with Jesse on the sales team (along with Trevor and Kurt). Great group of people to work with. The dealer manager and finance leader made things very easy as well. I was in and out within 3 hours. They made it very easy to work with them again. Previously owning a Mazda 3, I wanted to upgrade to an AWD car since moving up the line a bit to be prepared for the winter weather. Curtis helped me find the perfect car for me quickly and worked within my budget perfectly! Curtis truly went above & beyond to meet my car needs! Terry thoroughly went over the car with me so I was comfortable and Trevor made the paperwork process super easy! I love my new CX5 and couldn’t be happier! We had some unforeseen issues with our last Mazda and the service department ( Seth was our contact and he did an incredible job!) did their best to find a solve but in the end, the best option was to get into a brand new vehicle. Curtis was very helpful and got us the best vehicle in a very short turn around time to accommodate our families needs. Hunter also assisted and was a pleasure to work with.

The best car buying experience! We have selected the car from available cars on the way to the dealership and paid deposit. No markup or stories about chip shortages. One week later car was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, it has taken us 30 minutes to review and sign all the paperwork. Hunter assisted us every step of the process and helped us to select the trim of the car. Highly recommend this dealership.
