I have spent a lot of money on trainers at big gyms and none come close to Andrea in terms of her knowledge and her commitment to you as her client and to you as a person. She is always prepared with her goals for my session. She pushes and encourages me past what I think I am able to do without the demeanor of a Jillian Michaels.   I have been working out with LifeLift for about 8 months now and it's been such a great experience. I have seen continuous results from the weight training as well as body weight exercises and cardio (among various other types of exercise) we do during my sessions. It is so great to workout in a not only positive environment but a challenging one as well. I can honestly say working out with LifeLift has been one of the best decisions i have for myself. Highly recommend!

  I began training with LifeLift over a year ago when nothing else seemed to be getting me the results I wanted. I was a total beginner to cardio and weight training, and wasn't being pointed in the right direction. Now, with Lifelift, I have transformed my body in ways I never thought possible, I can even see my muscles! I cannot say enough good things about the trainer. Her rates are so reasonable, and her avilability fits into my busy schedule. The work she has you do is not easy but it is so worth it, and you will actually look forward to working out. I especially appreciate that she has provided me with the means to work out on my own at home or at the gym. She is attentive to your needs and abilities and pushes you to your limits. She really gets to know you and makes you feel
  comfortable and motivated while working out. Her knowledge about fitness and exercise is apparent every time you meet with her and see her fully equipped and beautiful home gym. She will not only help you get stronger in both body and mind, but will give you a brand new confidence in yourself. I hope to train with LifeLift for a long time, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering personal training.
