I've been an asynchronous student for about a year now. I've wanted to learn the piano for many years and now that I'm an "empty nester" this was the perfect solution for me. Amy is very patient concerning my 60+ year-old brain cells. I really enjoy conquering a lesson that I thought was impossible. That sense of accomplishment and the encouragement I receive keep me going.

Amy is an amazing piano teacher! She is fun and patient yet determined and structured. My daughter has been going to her for 30 minute lessons once a week for about a year and a half. In that small time, she's helped her realize her potential and groomed her to be quite the little piano player. So much so, that my daughter (10 years old) auditioned for the National Piano Guild recently and received a rating of Superior! I highly recommend Amy for anyone who has interest in piano. She is great and teaches ALL ages.

My son has been receiving weekly piano lessons at Pfafftown piano with Miss Amy for two years now. He just turned seven and there has not been a single occasion in which he said, “I don’t want to go to my piano lesson.” While he may not always want to practice at home, seeing Miss Amy for lessons is the highlight of his day on Tuesday’s after school. Miss Amy is wonderful with children and really brings forth an enthusiasm and love of piano. My super active boy is able to sit through a 30 minute lesson with great focus, and a big smile. We will definitely be back for another year!!!

Amy is a wonderful piano teacher! She is an amazing pianist. I look forward to my lesson every week. Amy is patient, encouraging and definitely brings out the best in her students. She has students of all ages and teaches them all well.

My daughter loves taking piano lessons at Pfafftown Piano. Amy (the owner) is encouraging, organized, and makes each lesson lots of fun. I am so impressed with how much my daughter has learned.
