Fantastic local burger and sandwich place! Went here with my grandmother. One of the few places that wasn't on a 2hr wait in Franklin.

Order and pay at the counter with a touchscreen. They will call your number when the food is ready.

Service is very casual, they are too busy making all your food 100% TO ORDER. Most complaints I see about this place were about service or a small wait..... Those people I don't think understand patience or how a restaurant this style operates. Quality takes a little time!

All the staff was very nice, asked us how everything was and offered to help me box up items to go.

As far as food, my 85 year old grandmother had a burger her way and loved it! For me, I had their version of a patty melt. Their grilled onions and homemade sauces and dressings change the game! They have excellent and interesting combinations of delicious food. It is all high quality and at an extremely affordable price compared to other restaurants in the area of the same quality.

If I was a local I would come here at least once a week. I made sure to let the rest of the family know about this little gem and I will make sure to make it part of my trip every time I come and visit.

Hot, juicy, and fresh. My wife and I went out on a Thursday night to try this place and we definitely will be coming back. If you make your own burger, don’t forget the onion straws on top. The fries where tasty, well seasoned and the way they fried them was well timed in the fryer. Crispy outside and nice size to them.

Delicious take on specialty burgers - we shared and sampled prior to photos. Love the kiosk ordering and the ‘Made on Demand’ open grill. Added Ground into our fav rotation.

We went here for dinner. It was our first time. The food came out in a good time. Everything was absolutely delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the baked potato was pretty good too. We order the loaded fries and thr chili they put on them was really good! I will say most of the staff was friendly. But got kinda non friendly vibes from one of the guys at the register.

Visiting from Washington State my wife and I were out exploring Franklin. We decided to grab a burger for lunch. My wife researched on google. With high ratings we chose Ground. We enjoyed our burgers very much!! Thanks for the great meal!!
