Absolutely the best gym on the Southside. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a dual purpose of health and spiritual ministry (its a separate entity but the gym supports the ministry). The location is easy to access and there is nothing I can say negative.

Chris and the whole 148 team are head and shoulders above any of the fitness places, period. The workout classes are definitely worth try, no matter what your current fitness level is!

This gym is awesome!! You are not a number, you are family! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Their hybrid training classes are the best. I've been a member of a few gyms over the years and this one is the best. They make working out fun! Chris has helped me out personally with stretching, cryotheraphy, and scraping of scar tissue. They truely care and go above-and-beyond every time.
