I have been a customer for about two and a half years. I first reached out to Kurt in 2020 for initial pest control and have done bi-monthly prevention since. I’ve never had pest infestation issues and Formulex has been the key to keeping it that way. Kurt and his guys are here every other month, rain or shine! Always very professional, reliable, and trustworthy!! Highly recommend

I had a mini Ant infestation as a new tenant in the house. My realtor recommended me to Kurt. I call him on Sunday morning and they confirmed that they would be at my new home the next day and were there promptly at 10am as promised. They took their time to thoroughly find the source and fumigated. They will be following up in the next month. I'm so happy and they will be my pest control company in Miami!!

They promptly contacted me after I reached out for help. Kurt explained clearly the service, the fees and answered my questions. They showed up within the time frame given and took care of the problem. It is too early to tell if the bees will come back but I feel confident that they will not if I follow up on Kurt's recommendations. If their treatment works then I would have checked also good value and good quality. Perhaps the thing I appreciate the most is the fast, uncomplicated resolution of my problem without having to wait on the phone to talk to a never ending, often malfunctioning audio machine that ultimately solves nothing.

BEST pest control company around! Not only is Kurt extremely professional, he is also extremely knowledgable and knows exactly how to get rid of any bugs in your home! After reviewing 3 other Pest Control companies I am so happy I selected Formulex. First off, Kurt called me within 5 minutes of me posting on Thumbtack that I needed someone to assist me with Rat problems on my roof (and this was after 8pm last night) He was clear as to what services I would possible need and the cost was extremely reasonable
The best part is after he went up in my attic, he told me that I did not need the bait trap in my attic (which was the most expensive cost) and that I only needed the boxes outside around the house at this time.
I would strongly recommend Kurt and his company because it is very difficult to find HONEST, reliable service people today
