Toyota of Orange is such a great place. David ( service manager) and Michael Green (service advisor) are two of the most amazing, professional, friendly, awesome people that works there. And the whole crew and people that works are all great. So, if you ever need to go and get work done on your vehicle. Go to Toyota of Orange, and you won't regret it. You will for sure be treated with lots of respect for sure.

I called Toyota of Orange hoping find a vehicle when there is nothing on the lot to look at. Rico Olivares (my salesman) took care of me. We looked at inventory coming in from Japan and I had an option between two different 4Runners. I waiting about a month for my vehicle to arrive, but while waiting, Rico provided me constant updates on potential dates of arrival. Rico understood my needs and met them. I never felt pressured during the process and I’d highly recommend you see him if you want to deal with someone that’s a straight shooter.

David Devilla was the guy at service desk, very nice guy, he treats you like a good friend
Now DAVID DEVILLA as a SERVICE MANAGER keeps giving to me an excellent service as the first day
I see him every time there and him personally bring my truck to his-Toyota excellent technicians
That make me feels I’m with a good friend
Any body can say “that’s his job”
but who cares?
That make me feel I’m a VIP
I like to mirror with people, be confident so everybody can feel comfortable, even when I’m giving a service or if I am the customer.
