Dr. Gosai has taken care of me and my family for the past 25 years. On several occasions Dr. Gosai has played an integral part of my stroke identification and recovery, implementation and application of a proven Covid recovery regiment that nearly took the life of a family member. This was all done from nearly 1000 miles away in Florida.
To say that Dr. Gosai has been a blessing to me and my family is an understatement. Communication and evaluation is concise and direct which may rub people the wrong way but, as for me, I want to know exactly what is going on and what the options are without being sugarcoated.

I had a breathing issue especially after Covid. J Gosai snd M Berkett couldn't had done a better job in clearing up my lungs. I was breathing terrific in a few days. I didn't have to stop to catch my breath walking from point A to B and didn't have to stop going up the steps at all. It was a terrific feeling. I wasn't coughing at all. Great team players to get you healthy
