Shamrock made themselves available in 2 business days, when other companies could not give me a date that they would be available. On the scheduled date of service, we happened to have had another issue that presented itself, on the other side of the house. They were able to repair both issues on the same visit. Our plumbing was not standard, and a supervisor was called, and came to our home, explained the concerns and circumstances, and then assisted with the repairs. We are very pleased with the service we received. Both gentlemen were kind and knowledgeable. If/when we have another plumbing need, we will call SHAMROCK.

Talk about same-day service. Well the individuals who came out, were out within a few hours of me submitting the request. They were very prompt, thorough and professional. I work from home and didn’t really have an opportunity to speak with them. I also didn’t even know where the leak was and actually directed them to the wrong location, yet they did not let that hold them back. They worked independently and didn’t give up until they personally located the leak, which happened to be on the opposite end of the house.I really appreciated their patience and persistence.

Right on time. Diagnosed the leak location and repaired an unconventional pipe situation with parts they had on the truck. Well done and fast. I will recommend them to everyone in the and so glad to have their services in the future.

This company was great. They did not over charge us when our tankless water heater pipe busted. There was a company that gave us an estimate of $2400 and Shamrock plumbing charged us half that price and they are certified with Rinnai. Thank you for your honesty. We had went 2 weeks without hot water so this service was very important to us. Would 100% recommend.
