First class customer service from start to finish. Ryan worked hard to find exactly the car we were looking for, he stayed in touch without being pushy but let us know he was working for us. He showed us lots of cars and was very knowledgeable, but not afraid to say if he wasn't sure about something, but quick to get answers to all our questions. John and Jorge were great, again knowledgeable, patient and thorough. It was a very positive experience and then to top it off, Ava the tech genius gave superb hands on training in the operation of our beautiful new X5. Not only was this the nicest dealership I have been to, but also had the best customer service! We felt comfortable and not pressured during our time there. Dean was an amazing salesmen! We live about 4 hours away and he kept in great communication from the moment we inquired about the car all the way to our drive there 4 days later.
