Second Escalade purchased from John Elway Cadillac. Both times have been pleasant experiences with very little pressure from anyone. Service department is also very professional and friendly and always completes service in a timely manner. Oscar Marquez was our sales for our newest purchase and he was great to work with. Very personable and easy to talk to without the over bearing sales attitude. Highly recommended dealership and service department

This may be an odd review since I didn’t end up purchasing anything from this location (yet) but I just wanted to say that my experience here has been absolutely top notch. The customer service here is stellar. I would give Oscar Marquez a 10 star review if I could. He was extremely straight forward, super helpful, and did everything he could to work with me and great me a great deal. He made it really clear that he wanted to do everything he could to get me a great deal, and he followed through with it too. I was genuinely impressed with his efforts to work with my budget and get me the deal I wanted. His communication was great too! I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. I honestly almost got a truck that wasn’t quite what I wanted, and a bit higher miles than I wanted, simply because I respected his efforts and appreciated the deal he got me so much. His manager, Ron, was super professional and impressively helpful as well. I’m still in the market and if I don’t buy from them this time I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Rob Wright sure made me a believer in John Elway Cadillac huge volume dealer. This is my first new Cadillac ever. Not only did he find my new diesel Escalade on their large allocation build list but after the deposit was made he sent the actual in route tracking from the factory to me within hours of purchase. Couldnt be happier with John Elway Cadillac and Rob Wright. Was able to get the diesel Escalade and with the accessories installed and in my driveway 526 miles away in 5 days. Look foward to buying my next Cadillac from here.
