I visited this property because I am looking to relocate from Georgia to North Carolina and I really liked everything I saw. The remodelation looks really cool. The woman that helped me (Claudia) was very professional and very knowledgeable. She treated us very well.

I called Tatum apartments around the time they opened but no one called answered the phone so I moved to the next apartment complex without leaving a voicemail. A few hours later I received a call back from Tatum and was able to set up an appointment to view some of their units the same day. Upon arrival I noticed the apartments seemed to be clean, nothing out of the ordinary and was pretty nice looking. Once I got inside the leasing office, I was really surprised at how nice and sophisticated it looked. Luisa was very professional and super nice and answered all of my questions. She was very straightforward and knew what she was talking about. As someone looking for an apartment, this one didn't raise any red flags for me. The area surrounding Tatum apartments isn't bad and it is definitely worth a look if you are looking for apartments in Charlotte. The prices are a little over budget for me personally but I feel like they are worth the money.
