Deb is such an amazing realtor. I can't express how much all the work she did to help me find a home is appreciated. Not only did she help me find a home within a short time frame. She also worked with my budget and helped me negotiate a ridiculously good deal in this crazy market. Kind and easy to work with she's become, more or less, our family realtor.

I would say this home sale was as near ideal as possible. Deb recommended a price to ask that was consistent with our desires. She found the photographer who produced a fantastic interactive video of our home. The buyer happened to be parents of a business customer of mine and was referred by them when they saw the listing. They were only the fifth viewer and offered a full price cash bid with extras that made our move to a retirement center easier.
We closed quickly with no hitches and are settling-in our new location.

Deb was the best asset throughout our entire selling and buying process. We got multiple offers well over asking for our sale. Our purchase went just as smooth as the sale as she was available for information and advice at all times. We will definitely be using her again!
