Wonderful place to gather with friends for a relaxing and enjoyable things. Activities are of great variety for attendees.

Newly renovated. The staff and facilities are good, concrete construction provided noise reduction from neighbors, shopping bus a big plus, Albany bus service is not great, but if you still drive, you are seconds from popping in to major roads to shopping, library, local religious, social, restaurants
A great place for seniors. My grand mother-in-law apartment is small but updated with newer floors, nice paint job and plenty of closet space. She has laundry room right on her floor. She can walk right to the trash as it's right in the building as well as a library and transportation to stores.. Staff is friendly and very patient.
