Elvis did an amazing job at explaining and breaking down our AT&T bill as well as helping us with some other issues that some of the corporate store managers did not bother to help us, even though we were advice to go to them.

I was having issues with my transition from Tmobile to AT&A. For 3 days. Could not get my phone to work on AT&T network. Elvis Martinez understood my dilemma and was so patient and helpful. Didn’t lose patience with me and was always pleasant. I would recommend Elvis for promotion if I was his manager. He's a great salesperson.

I can into today looking for my daughter a phone for Christmas and ending up finally getting a phone for my self and my daughter Elvis was so helpful he walked me through the steps and he was very knowledgeable ! I had been thinking of switching but after today I'll stay longer .

Honestly I hated shopping for new phones and dealing with different phone companies. The store manager Victor treated me with respect, gave me options and most importantly helped me save money by switching to ATT. Every time i need a new phone or Line I come here and they help me right away. Jose also helped me get my most recent line and as expected, his customer service was outstanding! 100% recommended!
