Dr Rivera truly cares for her patients!

I found this office through Yelp, and decided to give it a try based on the very positive reviews. Both my experiences so far have been very pleasant. First impressions: office is clean, organized, and super cute; Dr. Rivera and her staff are so sweet and welcoming; she’s up to date with all the latest technology and gadgets; and she is super gentle and caring. She even has a TV on the ceiling for her patients to watch whatever they want while she’s doing the dental work. Very satisfied so far and plan to continue coming here. Thank you Dr. Rivera and team!

I came to Mountain View Dental after a bad experience with another dentist. Dr. Rivera and her staff are the best. Very professional, and friendly. Dr. Rivera explains her process and dental plans very thoroughly. She takes before and after pictures, and makes sure you are happy before she finishes her work. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I wish there was a superstar rating so I could more accurately express just how amazing Dr Rivera and her entire staff are - 5 stars is barely enough to scratch the surface.

Let me put this review into context a bit - I have been to 6 different dentists and Mountain View Dental is my 7th and not all of those were horrible. In fact some were great. But not one was absolutely exceptional the way this office is.

I have extremely sensitive teeth and gum recession which causes pain even when I am brushing my teeth or breathing in cold air, causing the need for a lot more patience and precision for the folks at a dental office working on my teeth. Most dentists are more concerned about patient throughput than actually taking care to not cause unnecessary pain with the extra time it takes. But not here - Dr Rivera and her staff are so gentle and comforting I almost feel like I am going to a spa. I have never felt more well cared for then at this office. They provide soft, cozy blankets, tell light hearted stories to keep my mind off the procedure, and put on good TV shows even though I am too nervous (read - uncontrollably crying from anxiety and nerves) to open my eyes to watch them. They don't shame me for this as other dentists have done - they just make it as quick and easy as possible to take good care of my teeth.

If you are looking for a new dentist, a second opinion, or simply want to experience the way going to the dentist should be, I cant recommend this office enough.

Honestly the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. When you walk in, you feel relaxed as if you are at a spa resort. Everything is modern and updated. The staff is warm and friendly. Everyone from the front desk to hygienists to dentist are all friendly and professional. Definitely one of the best staffs I have ever met. They also are VERY good at what they do. I have been here to have a chipped tooth repaired, teeth whitened, veneer caps replaced, and even just regular cleanings. Go CHECK OUT THIS PLACE! You will not be disappointed!
