Hearthside Senior Living

On my visit the Hearthside Senior Living Bartlett to tour the building. I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming. I was greeted by smiling faces that took the time to pause and say hello. Their residents seemed so happy in their interactions with one another and the staff.

My mother has lived there for almost two years and I highly recommend them. Their leadership is top notch, friendly, professional, caring, and responsive. 24/7 nursing, frequent weekly visits from a doctor, room cleaning and trash removal, clothes washing, meals, group and individual activities, bus trips, and facilities are clean and organized. Then there's patience: My mother has dementia and is a regular challenge to Hearthside's staff, but all are patient with her and go out of their way to help her. Hearthside was recommended to me; I recommend them to you.

My father is a charter member. Every time I visit him he tells me how grateful he is to be there. The only problems we have had are minor, mundane things. He complains about the food, but he doesn't always remember that he is on a restrictive diet.
