After researching roof shampoo/cleaning companies for many months and speaking and receiving estimates from many companies I am so happy that I decided to hire CAPPCO. I spoke to Rick several times and exchanged several emails and texts with him. Rick had the correct answers to all of my questions and concerns. Sean and his crew arrived exactly at 8am and went right to work on my roof. I can't believe what a great job they did. My roof went from having many black streaks and black areas to its original grey/bluestone color. Along with the roof shingles cleaning my gutters look brand new. The chemical mix that was used was very effective and was the perfect application for my roof. CAPPCO in my opinion is the only company any home owner should use if you want a reliable and detailed pressure washing job done. I highly reccomend CAPPCO.
