Since they haven't done much advertising, I'll do the honor.
They have started offering LUNCH SPECIALS starting at $6.95 and for people in the area, we know that this price is a no brainer these days with food prices on the rise. Plus the serving wasn't bad at all. I got the chicken & broccoli fried rice with 2 wings and honestly it's good for 2 regular appetite people or 3 people on a *low* carb diet. Surprisingly the food didn't taste too horrible either. It was "good". Don't expect Desi Bethak taste because for what you pay, it's actually worth getting for lunch. Took out one star just for the size of chicken. I like them cut smaller in fried rice.

Sagar seems to get a bad rep around here but I don't agree with it. Since this location opened, I've been here 3-4 times and have not been disappointed at any visit. The quality has been consistent in my experience and the food is flavorful with generous portions. The staff are also friendly and prompt. I don't eat halal only and can say this place is better than your standard Chinese takeout and your standard Indian restaurant with indo-chinese offerings. Desi food in general in the DMV is very hit or miss and inconsistent quality-wise.

I usually get the masala chow mein and masala fried rice, both extra spicy. It's always been good. I also got the chicken lollipop this time - that felt off. It was on the salty side and the dipping sauce did no favors. They seem to have changed the recipe and I probably won't order it again.

This won't be the best food you ever have, but it definitely will satisfy your indo-chinese cravings. If you order extra spicy, it's going to be SPICY. I recommend giving it a chance.

If you are looking for Bangladeshi style Chinese food, then this place is definitely for you! We love their food. We tried Chicken lollipop, Thai soup, Momo, Wonton, fried rice, chicken sizzling, beef sizzling, philly cheesesteak, mughlai, polao, roast and mango lassi and all of the food are really yummy! It is a clean restaurant with very helpful staffs. We love to have their food again and again. Highly recommended!
