Incredible selection of flutes and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I went with my daughter to look at an upgrade for her current student flute. The specialist (Mary) showed us TEN flutes in our price range and provided enough information to me (with no musical background) to make decisions.

We scheduled an appointment like the flute teacher suggested. My daughter spent at least 2 hours trying about 20, yes 20, different flutes with the owner. Carolyn not only listened, but coached my daughter. Carolyn encouraged her and pushed her to do more. Then we took home 2 flutes to try. We scheduled another appointment. Chelsey pulled about 15 different flutes trying to help my daughter determine if she liked the intermediate level or professional level of quality. Chelsey also had my daughter play a variety of music and scales in order to listen to the differences in the flutes. We went home with 3 flutes to try. Decision was made. Mary checked us out, while giving us all the details and reminder to get insurance. What an experience! I asked so many questions! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and kind!!!! Amazing place!!!

I have been a customer with Carolyn for over a decade and my experiences with her and her employees only gets better with age! I recently purchased a new brand of flute bag at her suggestion, and I LOVE it!!! It’s by far the easiest, lightest, most secure bag for my flute/piccolo, accessories, and music, and it’s easy to carry around for teaching and gigging. Carolyn truly values loyalty and trust, and I do too. I will forever only shop here and support her and her business.

Truly is a one-stop shop for flutists. I received help from several amazing employees - Mary, Carmen, Chelsey, and Carolyn - to name a few. Every one of them went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered.
They assisted with finding me a professional flute and a great financing option. They also have performed maintenance on it in record time and set me up with a whole new repertoire of music.
Needless to say their customer service is spectacular! They really do so much more than in required of them. Thank you Carolyn Nussbaum Music Co! ❤️🎶
