I'm a Dad who owns a repair shop. So, I normally do all the work on my daughters' cars. Unfortunately, one of them is 900 miles away now so not easy for me to help out when her Audi A3 had a problem. Dealer near her was outrageously priced and I needed a guy like me to help out. Max was a perfect fit... experienced and well mannered. He fixed my daughter's car for 1/3 the cost of the dealer and was very kind to my daughter. Now I have a go to guy near her for all her car needs. Thanks Max!

10/10 experience and service. Max tested and replaced my battery in 30 minutes. After a terrible 3 day long experience with VW DTLA dealership, Max was a godsend. He was knowledgeable, quick, and 1/2 the price VW quoted me. He just gained a loyal, repeat customer! Thank you!!!

Max is a one of a kind character full of wit and sarcasm. he knows his VW's like no one else. amazing guy. amazing selection of hard to find parts and super specific bits of knowledge. his service to the community is greatly appreciated and i hope business is booming for him 🤘🏼
