NY Hair Company

I did my research for salons/stylists that specialize in perms. I came across NY Hair Company’s instagram, and from there I found Kai. I fell in love with her work, and her advocation for perms and curly hairstyles. Made my appointment, and I am definitely not disappointed. I am beyond happy with the result. She was very knowledgeable and professional and easy to talk to. At the end of my treatment we found a few pieces that didn’t take, but Kai along with another stylist - Claudia I believe; wasted no time in making sure those pieces were fixed. The owner, Nicki also participated in taking care of me during my service. My experience was above and beyond what I was expecting, and I will surely be back to schedule any services I may need for my hair styling needs.

I left there absolutely loving my hair! Nikki did an amazing job. She brought my curls back and made my hair healthy and vibrant again! She made me feel so welcome and I trusted her with my hair which I don't normally do since I've had bad experiences with my two textured hair. I did a gloss for the first time and it really helped the dryness and frizz from the Vegas water. I got a head massage with the shampoo service and the customer service was excellent. I also left there with hair products that she used on my hair to help with the dryness and to help with my curls without weighing them down. I would highly recommend this place! It was my first time going to the NY Hair Company. Liked the stylist who did my hair, as well as the service she provided. The salon was somewhat behind when I arrived for the appointment, so I had to wait. I heard a customer say he couldn’t wait and he got up and left. I thought it was not going to be a good experience for me, but I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my experience at this salon.

From the moment I walked into this salon, to the next moment when I meet my new hair guru Bonnie I knew this was going to be an epic experience. She did not let me down. First off let me say I haven't been to a real salon in over twelve years ago., I've been cutting, coloring and trimming my own hair for a few years prior to that. But I've decided to do something millions of women have been doing for eons and that is Embrace the Gray. Tired of doing root touch ups every 2 to 3 weeks I began my research to find a salon that could help me. After speaking to a few places, I realized that NY Hair Co made me feel the most comfortable and they felt the most capable of what I was looking for. So after talking to Bonnie I felt confident she could help me start on this journey and I made my appointment and wow am I glad I did...Step one on this new path I set out for myself is complete and I cannot be happier.
