I got a great bike fit with Beth. She was thorough, checking out my stance, balance, and health history (past injuries). Very responsive to my needs and focusing on what will be a comfortable endurance level. Beth helped with everything, including my cleat/pedal/shoe evaluation and best placement.

I've been working with Erik Moen and his staff for over 16 years for both bike fits and physical therapy. The knowledge that Erik and his staff have about physical therapy is second to none. The have helped me recover from injuries and surgeries time and time again and I always come back feeling stronger and more educated about my body. I have and will continue to recommend Erik Moen and his staff.

Erik did an excellent job with my bike fit. Bicycling is much more comfortable, efficient and enjoyable.

Erik, Beth, Scott and Beth are also excellent PT's. They all helped me with knee, shoulder, and hip issues. They explained why I'm having problems and given me exercises and stretches to get my muscles and joints to function like they're supposed to. I was on a path to get knee and hip replacements. But now I have much improved function, mobility, and the pain is gone. They also taught me how to maintain these improvements in the future. I highly recommend them all.

I have had back pain for years while riding my triathlon bike. Scott made what seemed like a few small adjustments to my bike into a world of difference. I just finished a half ironman without any back pain at all. I'm absolutely amazed at how much he helped me. The staff has always been super nice and helpful as well.
