Lake Cameron

My move in experience with Lake Cameron has been one of the most comfortable, enjoyable, and stress free experiences! Temecia is an absolute gem that has a smile that lights up a room. I feel like she genuinely shared the excitement of my new home. My apartment is stunnng, as is the entire complex. Amber I didn’t work with as much, but she was just as wonderful. I would definitely recommend lake Cameron apartments . I have been living here for 7 months:

PROS: The location is really great close to everything in the triangle , prices are great for the area, my upgraded 2 bedroom apartment is so beautiful! I love it! I love the kitchen and the bathroom, the cabinets, the fans, very modern and sophisticated look. My closet is huge! The rooms are spaced so far apart, great privacy ! The pool in the summer is gorgeous! The staff is amazing !The gym, walking trail and playground are nice. The property is clean and nice. There’s always parking available.

Maintenance is great. Any Maintenance issue is handled very fast and very professionally.

CONS: There were a few bugs in my apartment when I first moved in (summertime) but after the summer it’s been pretty rare for me to see a bug inside my apartment. I have experienced hearing noisy neighbors having what seems like domestic issues causing police to be in the neighborhood various times, and this is a gated community yet every night there is a gate door that is left open so basically anyone can just walk in.
