Concentra Urgent Care

Everyone here was so nice. Be prepared to wait a bit, keep your mask on and if you are here for a drug test you must stay in the waiting room, you cannot go outside. I was hesitant to go here due to the negative reviews but I had a great experience, if you have an urgent matter and need to see a doctor I think it's a good option!

I had to go in several times for a work injury and each time was given great customer service and medical attention.
On Halloween morning I had an appt, and it was a little hectic, traffic and other things had kept some of staff from coming in on time. There was one receptionist greeting and entering patients, a lot of patients, probably about 14 or so. Unfortunately there were a few very disrespectful patients who were very rude to the receptionist and very vocal and loud about their wait. I was very impressed by the professionalism and dignity that the receptionist, Serena, continued on with her duties and responded respectively, I think she did, and does a fantastic job. As soon as other staff arrived they did their best to get everyone moving and seen.
Was very refreshing to see and have great caring service, thank you.

Urgent care is not the place to go if you’re in a hurry, so plan to wait. However, you won’t find kinder receptionists than here. She was very nice even as she was telling people that there would be a five hour wait or a one hour wait. She took their complaints and was still pleasant and professional. The services were completed in a very professional and quick manner. When I returned for a test read, the same kind attitude was displayed. Great hiring and training for pretty tough positions.
